We have a dedicated Tours and Activities Directory for Tourism Operators in Australia. Directory Partners also gain access to our private Activity Portal featuring event Info, Documents, Group Chat and Photo Sharing.
For Venues, Attractions and Destinations, we offer 2 ways to entice customers to your location. Theme Journeys and Mystery Journeys.
Theme Journeys – Up to 8 locations (nodes) are placed around a wheel focused on a theme such as Food and Beverage in the Adelaide Hills or Melbourne Attractions or Great Nature Spots in SA for example. When a user clicks on a Node, an overlay modal pops up with the business details and offers the user to add the address to their Itinerary (TRIP screen). Once they arrive, they click the “I am here” button to unlock the location. Once all nodes are unlocked a reward is available to the user either as a discount code redeemable on a sponsors website or for F&B themed journeys the user is presented a coupon in the app which is redeemable at any of the locations in that journey wheel. We have this coupon reward setup as a drink voucher.
Mystery Journeys – 4-6 venues are selected for either a walking or driving journey where the user is not aware of the locations to be visited. This offers intrigue, excitement and mystery for the user. They are provided an on screen clue for the next location and a live map draws the next 300m for walking or 800m for driving journeys to guide them to the next location. When they arrive at a location they are notified via an on screen popup. When they arrive at the final destination they are presented a larger on screen notification stating their journey completion. This is a fun way to entice visitation to your venue.
