Curated Journeys:
Explore/Rewards Journeys: contain location nodes with unlock bonuses. The location based journeys are themed focused on Nature or Food & Beverage or Cultural Heritage, for example. There are 8-12 ‘nodes’ in the journey, when you visit a location it can be unlocked. At 4 unlocks you are awarded a small reward and once 8 nodes in the journey are unlocked a discount code to use at a sponsors ecommerce site or a voucher to use at a location (ie. drink voucher) is available.
Mystery Journeys: contain multiple locations with a final destination. Users must visit the locations in order. Clues are provided to help the user find each location and the in-app map offers direction with the next 300-800m of their route visible. This offers intrigue and a game to keep the discovery of anticipation. These mystery journeys have a range of location points (refreshments) along the way to a final destination.
